::Good food and excellent service. We got loads of attention from the chef who curated a custom à la carte order, and constantly provided additional servings because there were 3 of us. Wasn't particularly busy on a rainy Tuesday, but worth the trip.

::Great food but service is awful. Three, literally three, people working on a Friday night. Three people doing front of house and service. Absolutely comical. Also, this place is literally 85 degrees and humid. I’m surprised it didn’t rain inside.

::Had dinner last night at Coarse and we couldn't have been happier. Today we've been raving about each course. Loved the experience from start to finish. The tasting menu with wine pairings was reasonably priced for the absolutely delicious range of dishes we got. Appreciated that when I said I didn't love mushrooms they were able to accommodate. When we are in NYC again will definitely come back since the dishes offered will be different! Staff and chef were attentive and friendly. Thanks for a wonderful NY evening!!!

::Wow. What a meal. We did the wine-paired chef’s selection menu, and had some dietary limitations that could have caused stress. The kitchen handled things beautifully - if we hadn’t known that accommodation was made, we would never have seen it in the resultant meal. The food was delightful, on a pace that allowed for enjoyment and discussion. Ingredients were fresh and seasonal and prepared flawlessly. Seasoning was dead on, meat temperatures perfect, the flavors well developed and balanced, and the progression made sense. The small dessert was brilliant - perfect flavor and texture to finish off the meal. Service was great - we enjoyed the interaction, wanted for nothing, and left feeling like valued customers. Highly recommended.
