  Great place! Excellent staff and worth your money! 2 great swimming pools, a gym and an excellent cafe! Would recommend! Especially as of June 2 2018 if you sign up now you get one month free!

  Worse experience EVER!!!!! Went in day 1 Car accident, neck contusion, pain. Dr. gave me a script but recommended I call 1.5 weeks after the incident bc I was too sore. I called NYIvy Rehab and Karen said she had a cancellation that same day. Great. The P/T Evaluated me. She then placed hot pack on my neck. She attempted to place a tens machine which did not work. Minimally got impulses from one end.. nothing , dead on the other end. She left it at that. Ok?1*&%$@!... she then gave me a thorough massage on my neck area..gave me a sheet pf paper with exercises to do at home. Did not place cold packs prior to my leaving. Day 2 While @ work I cannot tend to phone . Given my work, voicemail becomes full withing 1/2 hr. Received a call from Club Fit... the cell registers call from Club Fit. Club Fit keeps calling me attempting to have me renew membership continually... Since the cell does not indicate NY IVY REHAB, they claim they are not connected to club fit, I see no urgency or need to call "Club Fit." Not ready to resume anything yet with the club. I arrive at my apt, A Heavy set woman with dark long hair, addresses me.. adjusting my schedule to my script. No problem. She then goes into a litany of interrogation re: " do I have another number to contact me".. I stated: "I have given you my cell number only # I have. . She kept insisting I give her another number bc. she could not get in touch with me. This woman, was not Karen, she kept insisting that I offer her another number. I informed her that I do not ans. cell while I am driving. The energy. her terse,insisting nature..was causing my shoulders to raise in discomfort, had sudden onset of slight headache, and pain in my neck AGAIN!.her , tense, terse nature was less that amenable.. the insistence was less than conducive to healing.. I indicated to her several times I do not ans. cell while driving. Nor do I respond to texts while driving. However.. when I reviewed my cell while I waited for the physical therapist, it said "Club fit." Would not have answered it anyway to avoid annoyance from the club's insistence. My day is functionally very busy. No need for extraneous superfluous stuff from at this point Club Fit. When I saw my therapist.. she was cordial,initially. After giving me a massage with COLD HANDS!!! I said nothing.. ,She also expressed her annoyance with not being able to reach me or leave a message. IVY REHAB TEXTED ME AN APPT REMINDER from (917) 708-8010 6:00 PM April 29, 2018 !!!!!!. I would have seen that text before heading out to them . I drive close to 1.5 hrs from to make my appts. The Therapist then stated that a mistake was made by the scheduler bc she leaves @ 1:30 PM on Mondays and I was scheduled for 2:00 PM. . Ok.. I understand mistakes.She became cantankerous, with petty repetitions of her position that I should have a way for her to leave me voice mails and my voice mail was full. She offered me to have non professionals place their hands on me with the supervision of the head person there... WHAT!!! NOPE!!! For that I can have my husband do the stuff for me under the supervision of our RN daughter!!! Given my belief in a holistic approach to healing, The pettiness, the relentless focusing on such minutia.. the low level energy.. I decided I was going to leave the premises. I will be attending another place which I have used in the past which is aligned to higher vibrational frequencies, professional staff who understand how to approach their patients. Laying of hands on someone's body is transmitting energy, their energy unto one! Will not tolerate toxic energy from someone else .. My intent is to heal. Both women's demeanor was less than healing. NEVER AGAIN THERE! Been to that place before. Had a fabulous therapist Mr. J.! Healing is about focusing on balance, harmony, sending positive energy to the injured area which transmits to the the rest of the body. It is about focusing on well being,, for oneself and transmitted to the patient not sweating the small stuff. PLACE HAS TOXIC people there. DONE! DONE! DONE!

  The ammeneties are spectatular! I heard that if your a student you can get a year membership for 250. Im going to do that deal this summer and ill updste my review! Thanks, Ryan

  One of the top fitness clubs in Westchester N.Y.! Always upgrading their fitness center, they host their own middle school swim teams (very competitive!). Personal trainers for all niches from hard bodies to post rehab and chronic debilitating issues. Certified masseuses, pools, weight room, women's area... Many members have been here for 30+ years. Where else do you see that? Employees celebrating 30 years too! Where else???? And new blood coming in on all sides.
