  Not much there, some seats and snacks. But it is nice to get away from all the people.

  Worn, dark, damp and dirty. Gave it 2 stars because its quiet and there are soft drinks.

  They refused to accept my United Club card, wouldn't allow me the time to look through the United app to see if there was a card image that matched exactly what they were looking for, yelled at me accused me of lying when I told them I had been before. When I asked for the woman's name she covered her name tag and refused to give me her name. From what I could see, her name was Theresa Jeziman and her attitude and lack of professionalism was unacceptable.

  Better than the other Acela waiting area, but as others have said there isn't much else on offer here besides a quieter area, a conference room and some minor snacks and soft drinks.

  Somewhat dated and in need of a good cleaning but infinitely better than the rest of Penn Station.
