  Why, oh why, will I neve learn with this place?!?! The staff has to be rude every single time without fail. ALL staff, ALL the time. Wait times are ridiculously long while two, three, or more employees are literally standing around chatting and giggling or staring at their phone. Although they have stained Target brand purses for the same price they can be purchased for new, they claim Fendi and Brahmin are not what they're looking for? Really? I give up. I even told my boyfriend that if I ever say I'm going to Clothes Mentor he has permission to physically restrain me lol!

  I took a large amount of clothes on Sunday, over 100 pieces. I had no idea what I was doing and the staff was very helpful. It did take long but I had a lot of stuff. In the end, I was very pleased with the amount of money I received for my items.

  If I could give it less stars I would. They used to be okay for finding deal but not anymore. Everything is either in bad condition or extremely over priced (you could seriously get it new for less a lot of the time)It’s absurd. Avoid selling here at all cost, they don’t accept a lot brand name things and what they do take they offer you pennies for. I was literally offered $2.75 for a brand new with tags Lilly Pulitzer shirt and $7.50 for a brand new coach wristlet.

  They have always been very pleasant to work with. I actually moved to Nashville and still shop their Insta page! They are great with shipping and even letting me pick it up when I am in town.

  If I could give this place less stars, I would. Management is rude and unresponsive to customer needs, valuing their own time and personal gossip over actually serving customers. Customers and sellers (the people who drive the store's business) are made to feel as if they are a burden to the people whose profits depends solely on them. Not only do customers and sellers take a backseat, a few of the managers openly discuss drama, even drug use!! with their employees while in earshot of customers, all whilst ignoring actual customer service. Although the prices are okay, I send a word of caution to those who wish to shop here: if you want to feel valued or if you want to sell your clothes, accessories, and bags to this place-- turn the other way. I cannot condone supporting such a hostile and unprofessional work environment.
