  Really good experience, got contacts done by them and it was like getting fitted for a suit. Dr. Kim made sure everything was in order.

  I have worn glasses for a long time and had a rather special Rx made just about everywhere in Europe, Asia and in the US. Dr.Kim certainly combines the best of quality, price and professional counsel. I've been going to his for the last few years, and he always explains exactly what is going on in very clear and thorough terms, and genuinely seems to care about and care for the condition of my eyes and vision. He will be my eye doctor as long as he's practicing! And the office staff is always extremely helpful, courteous, and efficient as well.

  Worst service ever....... We get my kid's eye exams and my daughter's disposable contact lense there. Simple enough tasks for a small store around the corner. They don't have the latest fashion frames.So we had our son's eye exam done last November so my husband could get the latest and high tech frames during his business trip to Korea. But my son could not use the new pair of glasses because the prescription was too strong(?). He got headaches and felt dizzy. We're promised free "do over" eye exam since it was their fault. But we're told otherwise when we're trying to make an appointment yesterday. Now they want to charge us. We had our reservations about going back any way. If they cannot handle this simple eye exam........ But their customer service was even worse. I tried to reason with them, but it was really frustrating. We wasted $70 on bad eye exam and couple of hundred dollars more on the new pair of glasses we had to throw away. Now we need to have new eye exam done some where else get new pair of glasses for our son. Obviously we're not going back there again. But we wanted to share our experience with anyone who may be looking for a review. Buyers be aware!

  I have sent my dad and my brother there because they have the best price on eye exam and they both were very happy with the service and the equipment.
