::Pulled in with a brake light out, they stopped what they were doing and changed it in a few minutes, asked for ten bucks and I was on my way again. Granted, I only needed a quick light change but this was as good of service as I could've possibly hoped for.

::Oil change $ 120 very high price. Others store chaged $90... Don't go there..why I pay extra $ 30.

::I asked to lower price for oil/filter changes only once but was "smirked off" with arrogance saying stuff in Korean like he was talking to a kid. @Mike Jones - I do not think I could have got a great job even if I did pay that money. The owner was eating and chewing food when talking to me in an arrogant way, that itself shows enough for me to not get service. I don't care what experience you had, please don't relate your experience with mine, I'm just stating what I went through. @Namhoon Park - I do not regret my decision to do it myself. (I don't know why you assumed that paying and saving time would have been better for me when you don't even know who I am) Even if it was less than $50, the way he acted when I asked him to lower the price was enough for me not to go to him. Normally vendors would say "We do not negotiate prices", that's it, I would be all cool about it. He just laughed while eating his food and said some things that I did not find professional. Certainly did not seem like the guy that would help others like he did to you. Btw, I changed my description because I do agree with you now that $50 is not a lot of money (nor cheap) for what I requested. Still, doing business is more than money and I would not do business with him.

::To all previous reviewers - thanks for your inputs. Whether positive or negative, I think user inputs are really important - especially since individual experiences can be very different. With that said, this is a small shop, operated solo. Prices, as Mike said, will be higher, and turnaround may also be longer if multiple cars roll in. The guy's English is not good. SO - if you are looking for cheap prices, fast turnaround times, and more than simple communication in English, go elsewhere. It is a consumer's market after all. I am surprised you guys even gave him a chance. I visit this place because it is close to home, and unlike some others' inputs here, his prices are fair. I work on my car mostly, and when I can't figure something out, or I mess something up, he is very helpful and gladly assists. The shop is also usually empty, so simple things like rotating tires, oil changes with my own oil/filter, etc. are completed very quickly. Again, it's a consumer's market. If you want a one-stop shop where they are very professional, organized, has expertise, and goes by the book (repair manual), visit a dealership and spend the extra cash. For the little things here and there, stop by and see if he can help. Don't like his English or prices? It's ok - go somewhere else :) @Justin Park - $50 labor for oil change, air filter, and cabin filter is not a bad price. Most shops charge $60+ an hour for labor, and they all round up, never down. Should've saved yourself time and money by doing them yourself ;)

::If you want the el cheapo car maintenance then don't go here, go to Jiffy Lube or the gas station on the corner. If you want quality work done at an above average price, go here or the auto dealership. You cant expect a small business location to compete with the national chains who employ inexperienced ITT Tech grads. And by saying this is a Korean scam shop just makes you ignorant. The work is done with quality and that may cost a little but more, but in the long run your car will run better.
