  These people are con-artists, all of them (maybe not the underlings, but most everyone involved). Take a look at all of these "reviews." Anyone with half a brain can literally copy and paste the text and find that there are reviews that are exactly, verbatim the same, but for a similar company (if my memory serves me right, knoxville, I think). And how exactly does their product "reflect," sunlight when it's installed INSIDE THE HOME????? Someone really needs to put these people out of business, and sue the owners. Pathetic.

  These guys are frauds! Had there product installed only to find out later that the insulation will only give about 3 to 5 % savings on your bill. The scheme is to make you think that your gonna save 20% or they will refund the difference. When I tried to contact them for my refund they changed address and phone numbers, cancelled there face book page and don't return your phone calls. Also have talked with many ex-employees stating that they never received there pay checks and were told to get lost! If these guys show up at your door, tell them your calling the police and slam the door right in there face!

  I was going to do this myself but really didn't want to climb up into my 1950"s attic with its rock wool insulation and muck around in there to get the job done. I had priced this out last summer and came in around $800-$1200 using the blower and cellulose from the Big Box Home Store. Then I ran across a $300 coupon for these folks. Brian was prompt in calling back and getting over to climb into the attic to find out what it would cost me. No more than ten minutes later he was down and done and out the door. I had a quote that night. Wow! Really fast. After the coupon the bid came in a couple hundred over what had figured, and that's with more insulation, sealing, boxing, and work than I would have done. Of course I jumped right on that! They set up fast, got the job done right quick, cleaned up, and had me check it out before they left. They fixed a couple things for me to make it all nice, and off they went. It was amazingly smooth and efficient and, really important, a really good deal. I love these guys! I'm telling everyone I know who needs insulation or gutter guards to call them. Honest, quick, on time, kept in touch, nice local guys, and a great deal. You have to love that!

  I had a great experience with RCI, from there sales rep to the installers. The whole staff was knowledgeable and very professional. They installed the rci insulation system in my newly remodeled home. The product is amazing and the crew was just the same. I look forward to enjoying the winter with my newly insulated home. I highly recommend Residential Concepts INC.to anyone interested in insulating their home.
