I have known Norman most of my grown life and he runs a very honest shop. He isn't interested in making large bills for his customers or suggesting things that are unnecessary.

Always fair always honest always working for you. Parts wear out. Sometimes you can't tell till you are on the inside, other times they know you can get more life out of a part before it actually needs to be serviced/replaced. Great family!!!

We've been using Cline Auto Repair for about 6 years and they have been so wonderful to work with. On my first visit, I took an estimate from another mechanic in Ft. Worth with about $1500 in work suggested. Norm walked around my car and showed me each thing and why the parts were fine. I left needing no repairs. I had the same experience after a trip to Toyota for a recall, and left with a several page, $4k estimate...again, none of the work was needed. When my electric window wouldn't go up, Norm found that it was a screw that fell out inside the door. He fixed it and charged me $15 for the time it took him. What other shop would do this? I'd be willing to bet that 9 out of 10, if not more, would tell me that I needed a new motor or something else much more expensive. Last time I went in with a sliding van door that wouldn't stay closed...again, it was a missing screw, one that only Toyota vehicles have. Nathan ran down to a Toyota on the property that was about to be towed to a junk yard and found the same screw. I gave him $5 and was on my way. I've had this kind of experience with them so many times. They are totally honest, beyond fair with the prices they do charge, and always easy to work with. I tell everyone I know to go see them!
