  We have used Clifton Tile many many times in the many years that we've lived in our home and I just want to thank Eddie and his staff for exceptional service always especially today as they delivered tile to our home that we will be transported to the Jersey Shore for our new home! Excellent quality, excellent service, always friendly and always aiming to please!

  We bought our foyer tiles and medallion from here and they're gorgeous and a good price. We also came back here and bought our modern wood looking floor tiles which are actually affordable porcelain. The guy, Eddie, was very knowledgeable, helpful and nice. He even let us store the tiles until we hired a good contractor. We really appreciated it. We will be going back for our bathroom tiles. Thanks again!

  I regret the day I ever stepped foot into Clifton tile. They are the most Unprofessional and dishonest people I have ever had dealings with. In particular a salesman that goes by the name of FELIX. I will tell my nightmare experience with Clifton tile short as possible. It all started back in August 2014 and today July 2015 my kitchen cabinets and flooring which I purchased and also hired them to install cabinets and flooring is still not complete and looks like CRAP!!! Let's start with the kitchen cabinets. The make is Coline which looked nice and when I asked where they were made FELIX told me in Brooklyn. Turns out that they come from CHINA and they ship to Brooklyn. All my doors were defective (Paint cracking) and when I refused them Felix tells us that they come from and that it would be a month which turned into 4 MONTHS!. The microwave oven is about 6 inches higher than where it should be because this fly by night outfit does not make a true microwave oven cabinet which FELIX never told us about! The refrigerator opening is so tight you cannot role the unit out with out having 2 men !! The dishwasher is so far from the sink that you need to reach clear across and wet the floor because they configured the base cabinets wrong! Now my porcelin tile floor which they also installed is ALL OUT OF LEVEL and tiles sticking up everywhere it looks like ocean waves. I could go on and on about these crooks but I think you get my point. There installer is a spanish guy named Jonathan. He is another piece of work. Stay away from these people! Anyone interested in more details and pictures let me know as I am in the process of getting legal advise against this company so no one else will have to go through what we have.
