  Took my 4 year old for an MRI. From the moment I walked in until I left the staff and technician made us feel very comfortable and calm about such a lengthy procedure for a small child. The technician made sure my son was comfortable before beginning and they made me comfortable to sit next to him throughout the procedure. At the end they gave my son so much praise and rewarded him with two packs of chocolate cookies which he loves. If anyone in my family ever needs any imagining procedure for health purposes I will recommend them to this place. I am a very satisfied customer.

  Called there to get an appointment for the X-ray of my daughter. They said no appointment needed for X-ray. I then asked whether fasting is necessary and clearly specified what type of X-ray needs to be performed. The lady said no fasting necessary for this Xray, just walk in any time between 9am -4pm. I repeat the type of X-ray (it was barium swallow study)as I already been rejected from some other medical center because they don't perform that. She said that's fine , no appointment necessary.Guess what , next day I reach there and found out Clifton also can't perform the X-ray and asked me to check in St. Joseph . Took a day off from work to get it done. The day got wasted just because of their irresponsibility.

  Made appointment for my CT scan, day of my appointment I arrived 30 min before my appointment to fill out paperwork, I handed my information along prescription to a receptionist. One hour later they told me this appointment was made on wrong day, that they don't do CT on Fridays. I asked the receptionist why did you waited 1 hour to tell me its a wrong schedule day, but she had no answer, she did kept calling I guess office manager, I ended up speaking with her after few times that I kept asking to speak with someone in charge, but unfortunately Manager was no help. Made everything seems like it was my mistake, I said to her that I will no longer speak with her and hang up the phone. I requested from receptionist all my paper work which she gave it to me and I left. Unfortunately Manager kept calling me and text me saying to call back and discuss situation that I created in her office, I text back saying to Manager to make sure she understands that I didn't create anything and gave her call back, she accused me of ripping paper work from receptionist and that she will be calling my doctor and I guess police. This matter was taking care off very unprofessional and harassed.
