  I placed an order over a week in advance of Mother's Day to have flowers delivered to my mother. At 1pm I called my mother to see if she received them and she had not. At 2pm I called the flower shop to see when the flowers would be delivered and the man on the phone was rude and said he "wasn't able to give me an estimated delivery time". I called back at 5:45pm to check the status of the order and was told that the flowers for the order still were not even packaged. At this point I cancelled the order. I have not yet received a receipt of the order cancellation so I will be looking out for a statement for the refund. This is an un organized establishment that does not deserve your business.

  Flowers where so bad, I just had to writer this review. Arrangement not done with proper color of flowers, broken stems with flowers hanging and very wilted flowers. Never seen anything so bad.

  One of the worst place to order flowers I never ever write a review but I couldn't help to share this bec they ruin my valentine day by not sending my hubby the flowers on time plus they are rude and nasty to there clients i am a business owner to but my clients comes 1st and there satisfaction the owner lectures me how he has 30 years of experience but on the busiest day he didn't have inuf coworker plus gave me a hard time by gives me excuses I m so mad I wouldn't suggest any one to order there flower .... shame on you guys for ruining the surprise not delivering on time plus giving me hard time

  Recently ordered flowers to be delivered to a church for memorial service. Flowers were not delivered which was an embarrassment to our family. Called the following day to see what happened. Owner yelled at me saying he has never made a mistake in 30 years. Did not apologize and said that I was at fault and had given the wrong day and date to a funeral of a family member that I attended. Horrible customer experience. He did reimburse me.

  Asked for a specific delivery DATE & was delivered a day early. Called to see what happened and they apologized and said another would go out on the correct date. Come to find out from the recipient they called & asked her if they could pick up the flowers so they could bring back tomorrow. Seriously?!?! Way to surprise someone. Never again.
