  Bek is great. Shop is pretty simple, but the haircuts are excellent and reasonable.

  Went in for what I was expecting to be a quick fade and ended up with the world's longest haircut time. The barber was slow and I had to instruct and direct even though I showed a clear photo (of a standard fade) from the start. Save yourself the time and go to the Clever Barber on Atlantic avenue. You'll get better service and a much nicer atmosphere.

  Much respect to the Clever Barber! Beck is amazing, but also I have never been disappointed no matter who works on me. I was looking for an alternative to the overpriced places in the neighborhood, and Clever Barber is perfect. Location is convenient, they are fast, friendly, and offer excellent value for their services! (tips are cash only, fyi) I always am getting compliments on my cuts from the Clever Barber, do yourself a favor and check them out.

  Excellent neighborhood barbershop. Beck gives me a great haircut every time and is an awesome guy. The price is right for the service offered, you're getting high quality service at a much more reasonable rate than other neighborhood shops that'll charge you 50 bucks for a 20 minute men's cut. Highly recommended!
