  I came here for a work conference and it is probably the most underwhelming experience I’ve had in a hotel. Although most of the staff was helpful, especially the housekeeping ladies, there was always something amiss with the service and facilities. The rooms are worn out, with what feels like old mattress (or just plain old uncomfortable ones), the room carpets are coming apart and the dinning options are on two extremes, a formal restaurant or room service. The room service food was just disappointment after disappointment, so even though I was in a tight schedule between workshops and seminars I opted to go out in the end. The formal restaurant is excellent, but not something you want to do more than once.

  The lobby was under construction but the rooms were great. I ordered room service for the two night stay. The food was good, but I was disappointed to find that they were out of cheesecake and the raspberry chocolate cake both nights I stayed. Otherwise, it was a great experience. The hotel is convenient to everything downtown.

  The view from our corner room was fantastic, it was up-to-date, and reasonably priced. The parking garage was located underground but was very easy to get in and out of and way cheaper than valet. The hotel was under cunstruction, but still nice. It was easy to get to the hotel, both on foot and in vehicle. Great Location, just a 10 minute walk to the Rock 'N Roll Hall of Fame. Also a short walk to all restaraunts and shops.

  Pleasant, upscale, and nice. Has an escalator. Bathrooms nice & clean. Had an amazing time at The Thanksgiving Polka festival 2017. My 11yr old son enjoyed playing the tenor saxophone with the big leagues! I intend to come back every year. I'd absolutely recommend this hotel. It is a bit pricey though.

  Even with construction going on this place was still efficient and easy to navigate. They let us check in early, had great advice for food nearby, and the rooms were spotless and welcoming. The bed was a little on the softer side for our likes, but worked well for as much walking we did while in the city. The hotel is in the middle of pretty much everything, sports arenas, convention centers, food, museums, everything is nearby and mostly walkable.
