  Convenient parking, usually pretty short wait times. Today might be the exception.

  The holding tone doesn't need to remind the caller every 30 seconds to keep holding... Most annoying experience i've ever had.

  I had to come here twice; first time to get my marriage license and the second time to get the license certified. I didn't have a bad experience either time. The two people I dealt with were nice, the wait wasn't too long, and business was taken care of quickly.

  By far the worst customer service in the world waited for 4 hours being bounced around like a pin pong ball no one cared they where laughing at me it was the worst experience in the world I've ever had on the phone in my life!

  Wait 30 minutes for an answer which is to be expected.. and get hung up on.. not once but three times.
