  Absolutely EVERY single key they have copied for me has worked. They have been in business for many years and their shop is worn with age but it does not impact the high quality keys they produce.

  Too bad giving no stars wasnt an option. My experience with this place was among the worst I have ever had. The person I spoke with on the phone (I'm assuming he was the owner) placed a lot of blame on the roadside assistance team and was very unprofessional. They were called out because our key broke off in the ignition. When I called to see what was taking so long as they were 20 minutes past their ETA, not only was the man on the phone rude, but he actually told me not to be spooked when his guy arrived and prewarned me that the employee would be black. It literally took the guy 30 seconds to remove the key fragment, and I was charged $175. I asked if I could get a replacement key and he told me no. So $175 for 30 seconds of work and no key made. Also, when I asked for a receipt since I paid cash, he refused to make me one and told me it would be mailed to me. This was an absolutely horrible experience, and I wouldn't recommend their service to anyone. I also called my roadside assistance and asked that they no longer use this place of service for future potential issues.
