  Cleide's is the best kept secret ! The hairdresser's are very skilled, and the owner, Cleide, is always very warm, and welcoming . Everyone complimented me on my hair during my son's wedding, Guadalupe did an awesome job with color, cut, and blow dry. Their prices are reasonable compared to more upscale salons, and their handiwork is more exceptional. I am so happy to have found this jewel in New Jersey !

  Cleide's is a great hair salon. I am never disappointed whenever I get my hair done there. I recently went to Cleide to get rid of my blonde highlights and restore it to a shade close to my natural hair color (I'm a natural brunette). Cleide was very patient, and made sure that I had the look I requested.

  Don't let the bad reviews fool you, this is a good place. highly recommended, I'm never disappointed. People love to overreact and assume things, trust me it's a good place.

  I recently cut off a good 5+ inches off of my hair. My natural hair color is very dark brown, I currently am platinum blonde. I bleached, dyed, and toned my own hair for about a year and a half gradually getting to platinum blonde happy with my results with the goal of attaining the Silver/Gray look that has been a trend after the pastels. I ended up with a lot of breakage and i was ready to just dye it back to my natural hair color again. Since I can be somewhat impulsive, i went to Cleides to figure something out. they told me to come by to see my hair. they consulted with me and gave me their best professional opinion which was to let my roots grow out so that i can get the "balayage/obre" look naturally since the color would not stay on the bleach blonde anyway. I trusted them mostly because they were being honest and not trying to just take my money. I was so happy with how they treated me since I was a walk-in and helped me figure out what I should do. I ended up getting a haircut by Marisol and she gave me a blow out, I was so happy with the results. Though I have to say, I walked in knowing that there was a huge possibility i would have to chop off a few inches off, I am not scared of change and very open to changing looks constantly, so that i must say. Marisol did a wonderful job. I got a consultation, shampoo and DEEP CONDITIONING, sat under the dryer for 15 minutes, rinse, hair cut, and blow dry, for an AMAZING PRICE, with AMAZING service. To top it all off, Marisol continued to give me ideas that they can do to add more color and dimension to my already blonde hair for "next time." I am making my appointment for my trim and blow out for a wedding too!
