  First time. Didn't have a problem. Dropped off 8 shirts and got 8 back. Pressed with light starch just like i asked. The lady was absolutely friendly and just the best

  Sent my bridesmaid dress through twice. They were actually pressing wrinkles into it more so than getting them out. Also left water spots on the fabric that did not exist prior to bringing it in - I know because it was brand new never worn.
