  Left shirts to get pressed. Charged us. Did not press shirts. Shirts still have wrinkles. The offered to redo the job, not good enough. Not coming back.

  I will never go back to this dry cleaner. They absolutely destroyed an $800 jacket I had purchased by removing leather from the collar to clean it and then failed to tailor it back in place. They should have simply said that they could not dry clean the jacket! They also had my jacket for over 4 MONTHS. They are NOT communicative and very unprofessional when it comes to handling a situation in which a customers article of clothing has been completely destroyed. BEWARE.

  Best Cleaners place in downtown LA!!! Been going here for years, ever since it opened, and I have NEVER been disappointed. My clothes come out clean and smelling clean. My alterations are neat and professionally done. Gus is awesome! very friendly, very helpful!
