  I've been coming here since it opened and it started off so clean, the people were nice and it was all around affordable. Now they've raised their prices, several washing machines stink like something died, several dryers don't work and the ones that do barely dry our clothes, the place looks like it hasn't been cleaned since it opened and the 2 ladies that work there gossip and complain about their lives and other customers loud enough for everyone to hear, nonstop. There was always something nice to watch on TV, now all they ever have on is CNN, the trash talk of our nation. And the heat hasn't been on all winter this year. 4 years of coming here and I'm moving on.

  New machines! Very clean! Attendants are hard working, nice and extremely helpful. They have a few TV's on the walls, clean tables to fold your clothes and stools at the tables. This place makes it not so bad to do the dreaded laundry!

  This place used to be so clean and now every time we come here its a mess. The same dryers don't work. The card machine hasn't been able to take credit cards for about 6 months now. AND the girl who works there with the brown hair sits outside in the back smoking weed with her friends.

  Much cleaner than the previous one I went to in north Babylon.. washers had a delicate cycle which I liked.. lots of counters to fold your clothes.. you can tell they are trying to keep up.. I understand the other reviews but I have seen far worse and this place is a hidden gem!

  Customer service is not great.. But it's fine if they're not needed. Could you a dusting up on all the pipes. I don't think anyone has ever cleaned that since it opened.
