::This branch is heaven!! The moment you walk in all those smiling faces great you ! The atmosphere is very professional and the trainers all show care and provide me with lots of support emotionally and physically!! The pool trainers are amazing they are very professional with great attitude and respect! I recommend this place to everyone even if you just want to do some stretching and pool exercise! I guarantee you this place will make a difference.. Way to go!

::This place is the worst. STAY AWAY if you can. The front desk person is so consumed with other stuff she barely acknowledges you. As I sat ans waited she just talked about her nail job she got at a salon. They are more focused on how many people they can get scheduled and run through the office just so they can make as much money as possible than actually dealing with your care. In my last few weeks here I was basically doing my on PT while the assistants just sat around and talked about their personal problems. The only person here who was actually concerned with my care was Siliy (I don't know how to spell it). She took the time to understand my issues and devise a treatment plan. If your plan forces you to go here just as mine did just know what to expect. Additionally, I have been waiting for a TENS prescription for over 2 months from this place but the one person who can actually do it only works 2 days a week. So she barely does anything and will not even take a call. They just don't care because it doesn't make them as much money as they would get from performing the TENS treatment on you there.

::An amazing experience!! The physical therapy evaluations are extremely thorough. The staff is delightfully friendly and extremely competent. The pool experience is divine! I've been a patient for over 3 months and never experienced a pool malfunction and I attend sessions twice weekly. In response to the review that reported a lack of one on one attention, please be reminded that the purpose is to train you to eventually be independent in maximizing your outcome from whatever your injury or disability is! The therapists demonstrate the exercise and remain by your side until you demonstrate proficiency in doing it. Often times you have to do the maneuver for up to 5 or more minutes. It would be senseless for them to stand there and watch you, not to mention the increased patient cost of having that luxury. I've never 'shared' a therapist with more than 1 patient during 'dry' therapy. During pool therapy there is one therapy assistant to 3, maximum 4 patients. Throughout that time everyone is working on their individual exercises that the therapist has directed them to. I've never waited more than 1 minute inside or outside the pool to be instructed in my next task. In addition, the facility is modern and flawlessly clean. I highly recommend the Arlington site without reservation!
