  Lovely folks, great at what they do and always friendly. I've been going to this location for 20+ years and my shirts are always just the way I like.

  This store is very bad. I dropped off my comforter and told them there is a spot needs to special care. But when I picked it up the spot still up there and not even change. The staff was not friendly and she didn’t even say “sorry” Just ask me to pay and redo it for me. She told me come back after 4 days but when I show up after 5 days. She just told me not ready yet.

  Drop off and pick up is automated making it quick and easy. The staff are always pleasent and eager to help.

  The best! And the ability to drop off and pick up clothes before and after their hours puts them at the top of the list.

  Super Expensive!! I have used it 3 times and thought it was expensive until today when I picked up a dress that my wife wanted clean. When I dropped it I ask how much it was going to be and I was told that $14. However, the charge was in fact $26. That makes no sense to me. I ask the attendant and she said "I told you it could be 14 and up!". I used to live in the DC area and never pay prices as high like these. Sure won't come back here ever.
