  did not enjoy my experience here. condescending sales people that acted like they were doing me a favor.... I leased from Danbury Audi which was farther away from me but better deal and perfect service.

  I was in immediate need of a car and didn't have time to waste. Edgar's efficiency and patience were the key factors in my decision. I love my new A5!

  Went to classic Audi to buy a Q7 2018. When I did I was surprised that the car had 123 miles on it. They said that it was the miles used during the delivery. I said, ok. Next when registering the car online for the Audi online benefits it was registered to someone else. Now I feel that I paid top dollar for a used car. When called the manager he stated that I could not change it because I already left the lot with the car. I have never felt so uncomfortable with a new purchased. Thanks God is a lease. Can not wait for this to finish and return it. This dealer will never see business from me again. Just beware when buying.

  I’ve been dealing with this dealership for over 3 years now but this latest experience was top notch. I decided on an upgrade and was lucky to get Clive Perkins in Sales. He gave me the BEST demonstration of the car features! Even stuff I never knew I had with the previous car. While that was disappointing, Clive made up for it 120%! Negotiations were fair and the process was smooth. Love my new Q5!

  I was very lucky to meet and deal with Ivan at Classic Audi when I decided to go browse for an Audi. It was beyond my wildest expectations that I would be leasing an Audi (considering this was my first time leasing y own car), and Ivan made it happen! He is very informed about all of the models and made it so simple and such a pleasure when choosing what was right for me. From test driving to answering any questions, Ivan was always available and went above and beyond. He got me the best deal possible, lower than what I had initially negotiated, which was such a pleasant surprise. I am in love with the Audi we found for me and would go nowhere else but to Ivan when I get my next car. He always follows up to make sure I am happy with the car. Even days later, when I needed help with the blue-tooth he had me come in and took the time to explain all of the functions to me again. He knows his stuff! Informed, professional, reliable and a true European gentleman! A++
