::I went to this place to experience something closer to my home. What a disappointment. The atmosphere is bad and was full of scribbles on the wall. The smell was horrible and anyone would notice so. After waiting for about 30 minutes, I got my order. Its a very understaffed place, which isn't convenient. The milk tea wasn't even good. I got taro milk tea with tapioca and the tapioca wasn't even chewy and there was barely any tapioca. Half the size any other boba place would give. The taro tea didn't even taste well. The only good thing about this place was leaving it.

::Please do not go to this store. I worked here last year briefly for two weekends but quit due to the unsanitary conditions and cruel environment from the owner. I saw for myself how she ran this shop and was disgusted. I’m pretty sure I saw a mouse run past the kitchen on my first day. Annie would leave the boba pearls out in the open overnight while they were infested with gnats and fruit flies and proceed to use them the next day. We tried to go around her back and prepare fresh boba but she would scream at us and call us wasteful for trying to be clean. I accidentally dropped some (old) boba on the ground before and I watched her pick it up off the ground and rinse it off in the sinks before putting it back in the bowl to serve to customers. The rolled ice cream is also probably expired because the would have us reuse ice cream scraps and pour it into a Home Depot bucket (unsanitary again) and store it in the freezer. The whole place was infested with roaches and I didn’t even bring anything into the shop whenever I worked because I was scared wherever I put it a roach would crawl in there.

::Very dirty. The worker was very unfriendly and unhospitable. He handed us spoons out of a dirty bin. The ice cream tasted fine but the milk didn't look cold or anything. You can see in the photo the flecks of I don't know what on the glass. It also smelled and had no air conditioning and the trash was overflowing. We should have gone away when we saw how dead it was in there

::It's good ice cream and the experience is fun to watch. Someone smashes a bunch of ingredients together and they roll it into a cup. That being said, it isn't quick and the topping section is full of fruit flies and is generally unappealing. I don't bother getting any as a result.

::Love this place. They hand chop the ingredients in front of you on cold steel drums, smooth it out, and then roll it. I find watching the process quite therapeutic. I like to get the Cherry Blossom Special, which is vanilla ice cream base with strawberry, banana, and nutella.
