  Great customer service!! The whole team helped me pick out glasses 😂. I would highly recommend using this location. Ps. Had my eye exam on sat and they called me wed, saying there here!! 👍🏾

  My experience at Clarkson Eyecare on Olive was wonderful! The staff was professional and very friendly. Dr. Pike was excellent. I would highly recommend going there for your eye care.

  Don't waste your time at this location. The staff is extremely rude and you will wait for over an hour to be seen if they get to you at all! This location should be closed down.

  I would recommend them because customer service and quality care is clearly a priority at this location. I recently switched to Clarkson Eyecare because of its convenient location downtown. Overall, I was very happy with my experience. The staff was friendly and professional, and very thorough with not only my eye exam but also fitting me for glasses and contacts. I appreciated that they were upfront about the costs - even what my insurance would or would not cover - without pressuring me to chose the more expensive options.

  My daughters appointment was at 9:30am, we walked in the door at 9:44 according to my phone. As I was checking in it turned 9:45. The office manager Jennifer Cranston said "No we can only see one of them due to our 15 minute late policy". I told her I was paying the parking meter in front of the building and we weren't technically late because the policy states if you are MORE THAN 15 minutes late you can't be seen." She did not care and became snippy with me. I will be contacting the District Manager and will NEVER recommend or do business with them again.
