  I trust Jim Clark very much , he has cared for our commercial property and lease for 7 years . He is thorough , concerned and very smart above all honest . I recommend him highly , he helped us through very sensitive family concerns . I’m grateful , I think his secretary Eileen is amazing . She’s concerned and always returns calls within an hour . I highly recommend this office .

  Clark's Law was fantastic, they stayed on top of all the issues and always knew the status of the buyers mortgage commitments. I didn't have to hound them and advise them what to do next. What a refreshing experience. Their accounting was spot on and Stacee was not only a delight to speak with but was on top of all issues. The best part I didn't have to be at the closing because I had the confidence it was being handled in a professional manner and my best interests were at heart. Thank you so much. Can't wait to do my next deal with you.

  I have used Jim Clark for consultation and/or execution of different things over the past 10 years including entity set-up, asset protection, sale of a business, and real estate investment. I can't recommend anyone more than Jim! He is great to work with, and always has my best interests at heart. His integrity comes through in all of his dealings. If you are looking for a truly GREAT lawyer, he is the one you want.

  James Clark simply is the best attorney for real estate, litigation, asset protection and other areas of the law I have known in my 30 years in the legal arena. I should know, I've worked for some of the top law firms and corporate legal departments in NYC, Chicago, and elsewhere in my 20+ year career. So, when I needed a family counsel I had the best of the best to choose from and I sought out James Clark. There is no one better on Long Island, period! Clark has been our family attorney for more than a decade, has worked with us to buy and sell our properties as well as one of my businesses, establish trusts for the benefit of our family members, has effectively managed litigation issues that anyone in business who reaches a certain level of success can expect to encounter, and has always done so with integrity, professionalism, and attention to every detail. I would, and DO recommend him highly, and would protect his reputation with my life as he has done for me and mine many, MANY times. You want someone you can trust without fail, a man whose reputation is as sterling as they come, one who is extremely intelligent and caring with honorable connections in the community to do the "good work," and who earns respect with every new day? If so, then you want James E. Clark. I was compelled to write this review after reading the smarmy, unsubstantiated reviews posted here, knowing they are unfounded, and doing what had to be done to set the record straight. Yes, there are people in this world who smear the reputations of others for reasons only they are aware of, but I can tell you that I've known James Clark for 11 or 12 years, have interacted with dozens of his happy clients in and out of his office, and know him to be honest beyond reproach. Anyone who says anything less of him, or those he has working at his firm, do so with intent to harm - not to provide honest information to the public to assist them in making a choice of whom to consider when looking for legal representation. He is what every client seeks in an attorney; someone who will tell you truthfully what your options are, and then does exactly what he says he will, when he says he will do it, for a fee that is competitive and always fair.
