  I went to the store today to buy a pair of shoes I had decided upon. I just had to try the size. the female employee at the store was very unprofessional (though the manager was helpful) . she ignored several of my requests for shoe sizes and looked disinterested. after waiting for a good 15 mins I left the store disappointed. sadly, I wouldn't visit the store again and prefer to buy online if such staff is employed by the store.

  This is an honest review about one of my most positive shopping experiences. Edwin was helping me at Clarks today and I have to say he is the best shoe salesperson I have encountered. He was very patient, and amazingly thoughtful. He offered me bandaids and cushion pads as he saw small injuries on my feet when I was trying on new shoes. They were minor injuries due to the heels I was wearing before ( skin did not break so it wouldn’t affect hygiene of products), and normally people would not pay attention to such details. But his consideration made my day. I would keep coming back to Clarks and will definitely let my friends know what happened today. Thank you for providing warm services as consistent as the comfort of your shoes.

  The store is small and easy to shop, it had enough employees for every one that walks in to the store to be greeted but it's sad that your race determine whether or not an employee greets you and for that reason I wouldn't be shopping at that particular store, I'll go to another clarks store or shop online.

  Had a h*ll of a hard time trying to fine two pair of shoes and was told by customer service to try calling their stores. My first call was to the Jersey City store and got a very nice fellow (Edwin), Please give this guy a raise. He checked his stock and they were not available at the store so he checked his warehouse. Both were available & he would send them directly to my home, with free delivery! Oh, he also gave me the 2 for $99 price. Thats why I like Clarks, Very nice people who are willing to help!
