  No help. Staff took 5 hours just so they can tell me im denied for their Benefits.

  My experience! I had a appointment and waited 3 hours before being seen is dat acceptable or not? No if you ask me!!!!!!!!

  We arrived early in the morning for a appointment. The first time I went I set a appointment. But they didn't tell me what paperwork I MUST BRING to have my application processed properly. BEWARE: before you leave the office make sure you know what information you need to bring the next time you come especially if it's a emergency situation and you need assistance now . Also watch out for the Latina brunette case worker - she sympathetic to a point depending on the situation. If your a single adult with no children - they don't really have sympathy for your situation even if your butt is going to end up in the street because of their lack of giving information about the paperwork needed.

  It;s take many weeks to get assistance. The staff really doesnt start helping people until after 11 a. But they want you to appear at 7:45 a and be ready to wait.

  The staff was very pleasant. And remember you must arrive early to be seen about your situation.
