  Absolutely horrible experience. In town for a funeral at Arlington National Cemetery. Ran a 5K in the morning to honor our fallen brother only to return and find that the water was shut off to the whole hotel for a planned construction project. We were given no warnings, or notice. That meant no shaving, showering, brushing teeth and using the bathroom. Barry Gilliland suggested he give us a bucket of water to refill the toilet tank after each use. He was rude and unapologetic. We had to buy baby wipes and jugs of water to clean up as best as possible. It put such a stress on our group on what was already an emotional day. We won’t be staying there again for sure.

  Excellent hotel! Thank you Cathy for helping my family out with scheduling our hotel. Breakfast is accommodated every morning and dinner 3 nights a week and a cookie day on Thursday. Stayed there with my family many times and it's a good a experience every time. Definetly stay here if your deciding on a hotel.

  I left my earrings in the hotel room on the nightstand and did not realize it until a few hours after we checked out. I called the hotel back to see if housekeeping had found them and was told they had not. I went back later that day to speak with someone again about it. The person at the desk did not care and only said that housekeeping had not seen them. It is clear that whoever cleaned the room from housekeeping took my earrings. So be aware that if you accidentally leave something in your room after you checkout you will not get it back. I would not recommend staying here since the employees clearly do not care about paying customers and the housekeepers have sticky fingers.

  Hotel undergoing renovations currently that look well underway. It should look great once completed. Staff was courteous and responsive. Any visit has always been a pleasant experience. Would highly recommend.

  Hotels is great in some aspects, terrible in others. All balconies are being renovated so all are closed. Constant banging, grinding and scraping ALL DAY! No notification ahead of arrival. We booked months in advanced so there was plenty of time for the hotel to contact guests prior to arrival. Our suite was supplied with dishes but no dish soap, sleeps 4 but only has 3 towels. In realize these are easy to fix but combined with the work DIRECTLY OUTSIDE OUR ROOM ON THE BALCONY it made for a frustrating week. I would stay again after the work is complete. The two bedroom king suite was a large room. Plenty of space to spread out after a long day swing the sights. Full kitchen was nice for breakfast foods and heating leftovers.
