Obviously one of the best spots to stay at. We got the room with the view for $476, with the added bonus of breakfast credit. However, the website did not state the hidden fees. Of course this hotel caters to a specific demographic. The amenities are worth it if you’re into tennis! They also have the best hosts any hotel could ask for. I was only a bit upset that I had to wait 4hrs to check in; check-in is at 4pm apparently. Also, you can’t beat the free wine in the evening.

We've been coming to this spa for decades, and the staff has always been outstanding at making us feel like royalty. The prices are high but the spa services are an incredible value, I always feel rested and peaceful when I leave. My last visit was not this same experience I've come to count on. The employees are still dedicated to maintaining a beautiful and tranquil environment however the facility is poorly maintained and falling apart. It hasn't been updated and the dilapidated infrastructure has been evident for a long time but my recent visit here was troubling. After spending time in the spa and deluge area with a hotub, I had a very relaxing massage. My favorite part is when they massage my scalp and it gets massage oil on it. In the past, this was never a problem because of the 10 nozzle shower system that I enjoying a nice hot shower to get clean after massage. This last visit the showers were ALL (I tried all of them) not able to heat up. The ladies told me to wait for them to heat up, after about 25 minutes with all 4 showers (1 was out of service) turned on the highest heat and all nozzles, I could only get freezing cold temperature water. After speaking to the ladies, I believe it has been this way for a while. Spending over $200 for a 1 hour massage, I would hope to be able to have access to hot water in the showers. I asked to speak to a manager and was told that I needed to write a note card with feedback to get in touch with the manager who was "too busy to discuss this with me". What a bummer, I've been going here for decades and feel badly for the wonderful folks who work here since the facility is not being maintained. Save your money and get 3 massages elsewhere for the same price and get your zen on somewhere you don't have to have a freezing cold shower when it's all done.

I met a family member for lunch. The food was exquisite, the views from the deck spectacular. The atmosphere was great. Our waiter was (maybe too busy). I have to call twice to even get the order going. Fortunately, another guy stepped in after I expressed my urgency on time due to another obligation. He took care of me and my brother like family. I am sorry I don't have your name to give you the proper credit you deserve. But rest assured that very soon, I will make a quick stop to find you, get your name, and talk to the manager about how you went higher and above than anyone else to accommodate our schedule and still have an amazing experience. 👏 I definitely recorded this place for lunch or dinner. Make sure you have plenty of time to spare. It should not interfere with your experience. Thank you, Mr. Waiter God sent. I will find you and come back to my review and recognize your efforts in public. Your smily face is captured in my brain like a picture. More to come....

An impressive hotel architecturally but for the cost of a nights accommodation the rooms lack the quality expected, despite their age. The foyer and restaurants are newer. Disappointed to have been charged a resort fee (which I wasn’t aware of until checkout - $45/day) when I didn’t use any facilities. Good location and facilities are great for those that use them. Parking is onsite but car parks are always very full, and a daily fee applies.

Beautiful space, best views of the city and the bay. Gorgeous sunsets from Limewood restaurant -both terrasse and inside. Have a drink at the air streamer enjoying the view and snacks. Heated pools were fantastic. Always able to find a lane to swim. Facilities are clean. Staff is super friendly. Not impressed by the rooms but all else was great.
