  I took my four month old daughter to get her ears pierced here and the experience was everything I needed it to be. The staff was friendly upon entering the store. Erik introduced us to Kristen who did the actual piercing. She made us feel so comfortable through her knowledge and expertise! I'm so happy and grateful for her walking us through this! Thanks again Kristen!

  Horrible place to work and shop. I had to work 12 hour shifts cause the company pays to low for management. No breaks. No real benefits. A district manager who never helps out. Merchandise is cheap imports from China that if you are lucky doesn't fall apart before you even walk out the door. One person working and you have ear piercings and ring people up. Horrible company. They need to shut the door. Draining the economy. Scab wages. Pollution. Just discusting. Boycott Claire's.

  Horrible experience never shop from this place. The first time I went here for ear piercings and they were very unprofessional. The gun got caught in my ear and they literally yanked it out ( very painful). Additionally recently I purchased a Lokai bracelet, which immediately broke when I put it on. Two minutes after the purchase I went to go RETURN IT, and they said no! I had the recite just without the sticker on it. Very disappointing and ripped off. Waste of time and money don't bother.

  I love this place! everyone is so nice there, when you get your ears pierced they use a gun but its only a little pinch for 1 second. It doesn't hurt at all. I would reccomend going to claire's in general for ear piericngs.

  My daughter loved the earrings and necklaces. My wife spent $300 for four girls at a birthday party. Nuff said.
