  I came to the Claire's in Broadway since Claire's in Suffolk county doesn't do any cartilage piercings. I was completely disappointed with the customer service. The girl who did my cartilage & my second earlobe hole was named Ashley. While she was doing my piercings I noticed her nose piercing and she asked ME if it was infected.. yes it was completely infected! How do you do piercings not knowing your own piercing is infected?! Not only that, but when I was done with everything, I looked at my receipt and it was $140 for everything, which was fine, but she did not clearly say 140 when I heard 40 at the register. What made me really upset was the fact that, on the same day, I went back in the store because she only gave me the rapid solution for the cartilage, and since I bought TWO earring packages I was supposed to get BOTH a regular 16 oz. solution and a 8 oz. rapid solution. She gave me such an attitude when I asked her about the second solution and she said "you got both". Like no, I didn't. I paid for two packages so I'm supposed to get two solutions. A few days later I had to drive AN HOUR from Suffolk just to come back and fix the mistake she made, even when I asked her nicely to give me the solution that day. And of course all I got from the manager was the 16 oz. solution and "sorry have a good day". I was supposed to come back for a third hole but definitely GOING TO A REGULAR TATTOO SHOP! Do NOT get your piercings done at Claire's!
