::Got my daughter a gift certificate so she could get her ears pierced for her birthday but she didn't want it. I couldn't find the receipt but I had my bank statement. I called customer service 4 times in 3 weeks and when I was finally able to speak to someone she told me there was nothing they could do because they couldn't find a receipt on their end. I'm now out $79 because they don't want to do the right thing. Worst customer service I've ever dealt with.
