::UPDATED ENTRY! I went to Claire's 2 days ago to do some therapeutic shopping and left with some pretty cool accessories! The cashier at the time BRITT was so cool and friendly definitely a representation of what Claires stands for loved her so much. I returned yesterday to return some items that didn't look too flattering. The employee YAHAIRA kept on giving me the run around as to why I can't return my items which one of her excuses was because the manager wasn't there even though she was standing right next to her. She kept asking me if I wanted to exchange it and I SAID NO. After I returned the items I said good day and she just stood there as if she was entitled to respect. Due to her nasty attitude today I will be going back to claire's to return more items then I wanted to yesterday. Afterwards I'll head to Victorias Secret and buy something cute and PINK with the money I had put into Claire's. Pick your employees better. UPDATE 10/6: Today I went to return my items back to Claire's and my am I surprised! The manager Shyanne was so gracious and helpful it was sheer heaven

::I have gone here for my piercings. Two of which were fine, but one was done incorrectly, and when I spoke to the supervisor, she gave me the run around. Wanting to charge me for a re-pierce. I spoke to the woman who pierced my ear, and she offered to redo it for free. When I called (on the day she told me she'd be there) I was told she didn't work there anymore. Horrible experience. Will never go back.

::I hate this store because, the store's manager doesnt know anything about cortersy with the customer i went to do the ear pearcing to my two months baby daughter and i picked one earing and they gave me another by mistake didnt feel sorry about it and the manager was very ruel and was paying more attention to the money than the mistake her employee made! And they not even use theyre name tag so you can identify them
