  This is a beautiful facility. The staff is genuine and friendly. I would like to point out Isaac Valentin whose hunger to train and assist others to push beyond limits is most inspiring. His spirit to simplify movements shows he really wants people not only to execute, but wants us to understand them properly. With that said, this is the better locations I have been to, others I felt the trainers lack the hunger Isaac possesses. I appreciate you for making boxing less intimidating and moreso a comfortable, new way to train my body and mind. I look forward to another session.

  One of the instructors, Isaac, is amazing. His classes are so thorough and challenging. I've never had someone put so much work into actually making sure we learn proper technique. If you're looking to have great instructor lead classes that are challenging and build solid kick boxing fundamentals go see him!

  I love it here. Everyone is so positive and empowering. As soon as I started on my first day I was: greeted, congratulated and told that they enjoyed having me there. It felt really good to receive such an embraceful welcome. :)

  Really nice place! I must say my personal favorite instructor there was Isaac Valentin hands down! Working with Isaac Valentin was such a rewarding experience nonetheless. He was very patient, motivating, and informative with his teaching techniques. You can really tell Isaac Valentin knows his stuff and I HIGHLY recommend if anyone ever gets the opportunity to work with Isaac Valentin you should!

  Isaac Valentin is as good as it gets, Shows and demonstrates pointing out the effectiveness when training Is enthusiastically interested in working to benefit others in they’re careers and life Has a great work ethic that pushes others to work just as hard to get to any level that they want to accomplish Encourages better behavior as mentor and even role model. Isaac Valentin is exactly what people who need the help look for when opening for positions or are in search for someone who knows what they are doing in any fitness /fighting/ wrestling related work. Is a young & experienced and seeks to learn and grow along with helping YOU and others just like you to reach your goals. I am writing this review for anyone trying to find exactly what they are looking for in a person that is Isaac Valentin.To also appreciate the work he puts in to inform others of what he can do and how he can help better your fitness life.
