  In November 2016, we took some items to be cleaned. 1 item we had a special note that stated if you cannot clean dress with attached scarf please do not attempt to clean. When we picked up the dress not only was the scarf detached but the belt loops were cut off and replaced with different colored loops. I called about the damaged. Jessica returned my call. She asked for pictures and the price of dress. All requested info was sent and confirmed by Jessica in Nov. 2016. Since that time no one called or attempted to resolve issue. I reached out to Jessica several times and was told a Manager would resolve issue. March 2017 finally I got a number for Janet new manager. Explained issue again. She asked me to take the dress to the store so they could see the damage and send the info to her and she would call next day. Did that still no call. I gave her a week to call me. I called her personal cell and she said she got the info and wants me to take my dress and leave it with them. She was very rude. I don't trust them to clean anything. Issue still not resolved. company was brought out by Deluxe Cleaners
