  (Caution - extremely noisy) We stayed at CityScape for two nights on a Thursday and Friday. Came to town for an NBA game and some warm weather in February. Location was perfect, amenities are great, property itself is well appointed & nice. Stayed on the 21st floor with tons of windows! Clean, new, view is awesome etc. Everything you expect right? Difficulty for us was the noise at night. We had a North / East facing corner. Friday night the night club played booming, fog horn level, club music until 3AM. Seriously out of control loud! Then the lot immediately to the East is under construction and so at 6AM you get the beep, beep, beeping of the equipment working and chalk board style scraping the earth accompanied by jack hammer pounding activity. The windows just don't hold it back. We would stay here again. Don't get me wrong. But I will wait the two or three years it takes to complete construction next door and never be here on a Friday night when speakers are placed outside and blasting. It didn't happen Thursday night so maybe you could figure out the schedule and avoid it. Unfortunately there probably isn't anything management can do about the noise abatement? Careful of your timing and good luck. Ear plugs????

  Cityscape has the absolute best of everything. The amenities are like no other. Our leasing team is outstanding! We have access to hotel amenities, and the walk ability is so convenient. My husband and I just love our home!

  The apartment itself is gorgeous and the facility is amazing. However, the move in process was absolute hell and I was having some trouble in the weeks before my move in getting in touch with the staff. Once I did move in Keith in particular was a huge help through the process and made the process a lot easier by taking care of a lot of my issues super quick.

  After living here to over two years now all I can say is I love city scape residences. It's in the heart of the growing downtown and so close great food and drink spots. The amenities are great, and being able to use the hotel pool and services are an amazing bonus. The leasing team and maintaince are all rock stars and get any job done. The other residence are very friendly and are a great mix of young and older professionals that are all very pleasant to live with and making it a great place to live.
