  I never knew that God not only loved me, but also LIKED me until I came to this place! It is truly a blessing to do life with the people of this church. The truths I’ve come to realize and learn at Citylight are truly life changing. Since coming here, I’ve gotten to know God in a much more personal way, and developed life long friendships and relationships, and have an enormous sense of being part of a community. I can’t imagine being anywhere else. Give yourself a gift by simply coming and enjoying a Sunday service, or check out their website and go to one of the small groups to really get a sense of the wonderful people that make up this community of believing men and women. You don’t have to do life alone. Come and find purpose, community, and the love of God for you!

  Me and my family have been attending and are now members of City Light Church. It is a church that is deep rooted in Gods Word. The Pastors and ministry leaders have a deep passion to reach people. When you enter the church you receive a sense of welcome and warmth. After the second Sunday service we have “Growth Track”. It’s a 4 week class on who the church is, who we are called to be and finally membership. What I love is that Church here is not just Sunday’s, we have fellowships during the week called Life Groups. These are the places where you build relationships with other members. After my first Sunday I knew this is where God called my family to be. If your looking for a church in the Astoria area, look no further. We also have campuses in Manhattan and Brooklyn 😉

  I LOVE this church. After bouncing around from church to church, I have finally found my home church. The experience is real and raw and 100% bible based.

  CityLight is home. I've never known a church like this before. God's presence is real and full here. The pastors preach the Gospel and the worship is moving. If you're looking for a home church, come visit! One church, three locations (Astoria/Manhattan/Brooklyn).

  This church has been a place for me to learn about the love of God, meet amazing loving people and I feel so happy every time I come to service here. Love it! Come and visit!
