  My dog is given so much love and care by the ENTIRE staff, not just the vet. If I ever have a general vet question, I usually email them, and they call me back within a couple hours at the most, depending on the urgency of the question. They send me reminders when his vaccines are close to expiring as well, which is super helpful!

  Holly, our 7 year old, 7 lb. poodle, needed her teeth cleaned. It took the better part of her one day. We picked her up and she was active and happy. We have noticed since then that she wants a massage, back rub and special ear/head attention. We are a little suspicious. Seriously, she is fit and we know the procedure will help her as she goes through life.

  They are wonderful!!! They explained in great detail everything they thought we should do to help my cat Buddy get better. Before they actually did anything they showed me how much each thing cost and even suggested which ones we could try first to help keep the cost down. It took a few days but Buddy is doing much better now. I highly recommend them. They are even open on Saturdays until noon I don't know many veterinarians that do that.

  I took my dog there for the first time during an emergency. They got him in and seen so quickly and were wonderful! My dog wagged his tail even though he felt bad every time the vet tech or vet came in. They put me and my dog at ease and helped find the answers so fast. They didn't try to overcharge and really discussed the options and what was most important while being cost effective. Its a bit of a drive for me but it's so worth it!

  Incredible veterinary care! Dr Liz Lowe is unique in that she never assumes she knows everything and is open to discussion and research when your pet needs beyond-routine care. (I did my research...she graduated top of her class at Tufts and has critical care experience). Her beside manner is extraordinary. I have no doubt that she has my dogs' best interest at heart...AND she is able to relate to me and my concerns and even my emotional needs when my dog is sick. The staff has been professional and caring. They are welcoming even when it is busy and I am grateful. I appreciate the remodeling of the old building although I know it must be frustrating. This is a 5 star clinic hidden in downtown San Antonio! ...I could go on...
