  Worst case management interaction I've ever experienced during a phone conversation with a woman named Sandra. Apparently, it pays to be disrespectful to partnering doctor's offices! So, if you're unpleasant and have zero respect for people who are trying their best to be as helpful as possible, maybe apply for a position at the City of San Diego Workers Comp division. Ask for Sandra, she'll show you the ropes!
