  The overall proccess went well, and I was happy with my purchase. I was extremely happy that my furniture would be delivered earlier than expected, and I appreciated the effort that was made to make it happen. Unfortunately, when it came to the delivery/setup process, I was truly disappointed. I was left with huge boxes (bigger than me), and was told that I had to dispose of them because they weren't allowed to take them (which I know isn't true). I was honestly planning on purchasing from them again, but I won't unless the company comes up with a consistent disposal method.

  Very rude staff- I will make sure that nobody shops here. I know they not making much profit if any at all. I will share the horrible service on my social medias to over 20,000 people i know in the neighborhood. (Treat customers the way you would want yourself to be treated) Good Luck!!!!!

  DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE! THE STORE OWNER IS A CROOK. THEY SEND YOU DEFECTIVE FURNITURE AND EXPECT YOU TO KEEP IT, OR BRIBE YOU WITH A RUG. THE OWNER ORDERED A REPLACEMENT AND THE REPLACEMENT CAME EVEN MORE DEFECTIVE. THE OWNER THEN REFUSED TO TAKE THE COUCHES BACK, DOES NOT ANSWER CALLS ON WEEKENDS WITH HIS STAFF STATING HE IS JEWISH HE CAN NOT GET BACK TO YOU. THE OWNER IS RUDE AND A CON ARTIST, HE HAS HIS ASSISTANT JOCELYN LYING FOR HIM STATING HE IS BUSY NOT TO TAKE YOUR CALLS. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE HE SAYS ANYTHING TO GET YOUR MONEY!!!!
