  So I’m extremely particular about my hair, since it’s a wild mess to tame and work with. I’d been looking for a barber for a few years to be honest, trying so many different locations and people. Hands down, Joey is the best barber I’ve had. His fades are nothing short of legendary, super meticulous and well executed. I once had a time where I needed a haircut last minute for a random meeting or an event that I wanted to look super polished for but he’d be fully booked. Instead of waving me off, he actually opened early for me to help me out. Nothing but praise for Joey, both from a technical level and a personal level. If I move from St. Louis, I have half a mind to fly back just for my haircuts!

  Best haircut ever, Darrell cut mine and also a shave with tip was under $40 total.

  There's only two things in going to miss about St Louis when I move - Imo's pizza and City Cuts. Easily the best haircut I've ever had in life. I didn't even know what I was missing. Getting my basic haircut from great clips - it seemed good enough until I tried Joey downtown at City Cuts. I feel fresh. I feel good. I didn't really think looking good would make you feel that good but it does! I'm telling you - you can't beat this barber shop. I'd follow Joey anywhere just to get that fresh fade. Seriously, give it a try. One by one Joey is going to make this city Fresh. 5 stars all day. Oh, and they have free beer on tap while you wait - what more could you ask for?

  Awesome, awesome setup. Relaxed, trendy, modern, and of course the most important thing - really great haircuts. You'll get a fresh, awesome new look and then want to hang around longer just to enjoy the space.
