::Best bike shop in town. Jay is a vault of bike knowledge, gear, routes to ride. Definitely a one stop shop for all things cycling!

::Good service and knowledge of bikes. I got a tuneup with brake pad and kicker replacement done and ready for pickup in 2.5 days. City prices though.

::It's a great nieghborhood bike shop. It can be a little pricey if you're not from around here. If you are then it's awesome. If you want to spend money, they can be very talkative. If you want to do your own repairs, then they aren't.

::It's a shame this place changed ownership. The old shop took care of the neighborhood customers, the new one doesn't. I went in to the shop with just my bike frame because my bottom bracket was stuck on and I wanted to pop it loose with the specialty wrench. The gentleman in service with the dread locks told me that would be $12. When I said it would take half a second and the old shop was very accommodating of long-time neighborhood customers, he said "yeah you ain't touching my tools." Buying a new bottom bracket wrench is less than $12, and for a half a second of work to pop it loose, that's just absurd. Coupled with his rude attitude, I will never be going back to this location. Such a shame.

::Thank you to the knowledgeable bike tech who replaced my tube and sold me tougher tires for my commute on city roads!
