  I used them about 7 years ago. They were very honest, prompt service back then. This time they lied about getting parts in on a certain date and fixing it by a certain date. They have made me call them back several times since they do not have the common courtesy to get back to me since collecting their service fee. I made the mistake of not asking up front what their fee was for the service visit and for fixing the dishwasher. 230.00 later I have working machine that Sears had offered to fix for $111.00. Needless to say with all of the running around after them I should have gone with Sears...but that's what I get for supporting a local business. I will not use these people ever again. It's a real shame previous owners were so honest and hard working. This crew wants their $40.00 service fee and forget you. Also, when I told them Sears would have been cheaper the owner told me to go to Sears then. ????? What kind of business are these people running? Two months later it stopped working...should have used Sears and their guarantees.
