  Great bank! Great professionals! Could use more tellers though.... Most posts are several years old. Today is 7/8/16

  Customer service like many others said before is certainly very bad. Not only that, it takes forever for them to help you. Also, whenever times they sign me up for a new service, never explain the details to me, and I have to pay extra fee then call the customer service. Wasting of time.
