::One of the worst branches, unfriendly staff and once they get your money they don’t care. Opened few accounts for my kids over 3 weeks ago and the put a hold on my account even though checks cleared. Called the branch few times but no one got back to me. Finally visited the branch a couple more times and still never got back to me. Went to the branch on the corner of Harvard St at and Babcock and my issue was resolved within minutes. The branch manager at this branch is tricky and has put a hold on my accounts and even up to now (18 days later) I still can not login and she plays dumb. Get a life Larissa and serve customers the way they deserve or move on and get a different job.

::I always have problems at this citizens. The tellers don't know how to do anything, the managers take forever to do the simplest of things. Avoid this place like the plague. They will treat you like dirt and act like it's your problem.

::This branch is so slow and always under staff. The lines are always long they take forever.

::Just left this branch location, after the horrible experience at the 315 Harvard street location. where a very nice friendly Black male teller(wish I knew the brothas name) tells me he can only give one roll of quarters. Which is perfectly fine and understandable. We then talked about the Red Sox and their playoff hopes. Without a conversation about sports, this branch's customer service is light-years ahead of the 315 Harvard street branch.
