  I can't say enough about the excellent care I've gotten at CitiDental. I started coming to this office about 1 year ago when I needed a gum graft. Originally came for a second opinion and got such a good impression from how organized they seemed, that I have been coming here ever since. Caryn + Dr Stolch were incredibly helpful to me in navigating my dental benefits and prioritizing the various dental procedures I needed so as to minimize my out of pocket expenses. THANK YOU. I had my gum procedure with Dr. Shea and everything went well, including healing time.

  Please DO NOT GO TO CITIDENTAL AT 63 Court St. Boston. Karen, who is the manager is a horrible person. The dentist there are great but Karen is not pleasant at all. If you can avoid going to that office please do so. Karen also fail to tell patients that the dentists in that office are all PREMIER. When dentists are premier and not PPO, you will be paying more out of pocket. Karen fail to tell patients that. Can't trust her.

  I have never written a review about anything before on Google, but caution. This office will not tell you they are a Premier office. So, if your insurance covers both PPO and Premier like mine does, you will pay the premier price. Therefore, you will be paying more money out of pocket when you shouldn't have to, if you are covered for both. I have never, ever had a issue like this with a dentist before. Make sure to ask!

  Great office staff, easy location and Dr. Spivak and Dr. Shea have been wonderful! I have pretty severe anxiety at the dentist and they are very patient with me. They talk with you on figuring out the best treatment path and everything is upfront - detailed receipts and print outs of cost for treatment plan, etc. Highly recommend.

  One of the only dental groups in Boston who has close to a 5 star rating. Well deserved and earned. Everyone from the staff is very professional, extremely knowledgeable with the most recent dental advancements and treatments, cost conscious for their patients, and their "client relations manager" is excellent at resolving any issues in the highly unlikely event you have one.
