  Machine ate my check but did not recognize it as a deposit. Now I have to fight with Citibank to get deposit credited to my account. Would give zero stars but that was not an option.

  this place is essentially just an atm and once a week it can't deposit or can't dispense cash.

  Seriously, just ATMs. This should be labeled "Citibank ATM" and not sound like an actual branch. Wasted time stopping here looking for customer service.
