  Leo always provides excellent customer service with a smile. might be a bit of a wait though, best to check times that are busy.

  I've been banking with citi bank for over 8 years. One day they decided to take all the money out of my business account without telling me and for no reason. They timed it perfectly. It happened right before I gave my 22 employees their paychecks. My employees were overjoyed to hear me say its not my fault, it was my bank. Not to mention my credit cards froze, all my electronic payments stopped working and I was charged fees all over the place. The workers inside the location of the bank were doing their best to try to fix the situation as fast as possible, but it still took a few days before I had a penny in my business account. Have you ever tried to run a business with $0 in the bank? It's impossible. Nobody from upper managed even reached out to apologize or reimburse me for hell they put me and my employees through. All that aside, I will say I do like the workers inside that branch, I'm just really angry at whoever in upper management decided to do this.

  Outright lied to our face about a $400 promotion. The promotion relied on opening a new checking account, which we were ready to do but the account clerk convinced us that even with an existing account we'd qualify, as long as we deposited a certain amount of non-Citi money. Lo and behold, a month and a half later the corporate tells us we did not qualify. Now, we can't re-do the promotion because the money is "Citi", so we wouldn't be depositing any external money. A classic bait-and-switch. Take your money elsewhere.
