::I had an emergency, My wallet was stolen and I went to do a $50 withdrawal, I asked them if they can please do a emergency withdrawal. I knew my social security number, all my account information, even my pin and they did not help me at all. I asked to speak to the supervisor someone with the name of VIVIAN MEDINA came she did not acknowledged the fact that I had my wallet stolen, very rude did no offer any help what so ever. No humanity at all . $50 withdrawal would have really helped me to get by after a bad experience of loosing my wallet . I understand rules can not be broken, but they should really learn how to be human. Horrible experience , I would never recommend any one to bank here , specially deal with this type of people . Horrible experience . After getting my ID I will definately go back to that location and close my account and tell my whole family how $50 changed my way of thinking about this bank .
