  This is one of the worst banks in America. I called customer service and asked to speak to a supervisor. The supervisor was very rude and more argumentative than helpful. I'm closing all my accounts with Citibank today for this reason. Also this was not someone from the branch this was a customer service supervisor. Her name and employee number is Markus FRT032

  This branch is seriously under staffed compared to the branch in Scarsdale. I would give it 2 stars, but the staff they do have are great.
